Wildcats in his junior campaign...Recorded 13-22-35 as UNH’s top scoring
defenseman for his second year in a row…Named to CCM All-American second
team, he is the first Wildcat blueliner since Jayme Filipowicz in 1999 to
earn that recognition...Named to the Hockey East All-Conference
Second-Team...His 0.85 points per game was eighth best among Div. I

the Hockey East leaderboard...On the national leaderboard, Yandle was the
10th best scorer among Div. I defensemen...Was a Hockey East honorable
mention selection...Registered a career-high two goals vs. Merrimack on
Oct. 16 and Nov. 8 vs. Maine...Scored at least one point in six of his
first seven games of the season...Tallied at least one point in 20 of
UNH’s 41 games...Had seven multi-point performances to his credit.
2002-03: Skated in 31 contests for UNH...Recorded
1-5-6...Had a season- high two points, both on assists, in the March 7th
Hockey East quarterfinal game against UMass-Lowell...Was credited with an
assist on the game-winner in that game...Registered his first collegiate
point Nov. 9 with an assist vs. UMass-Lowell...Scored his first collegiate
goal vs. Clarkson on Dec. 27.
Before UNH: Skated for Cushing Academy in
2001-2002...Registered 21-43-64 in 57 games in two seasons...Played at
Catholic Memorial from 1998-2000 and recorded 7-29-36 in two seasons.
